Create an account

You need an account before you have a store. Signing up takes about a minute, and there is exactly one place people get stuck: your email has to be verified before the account works at all. This page is about that place.

Two ways in

If there is a Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub button above the form, that is the shorter path: the provider has already verified your address, so you skip the six-digit code entirely and land signed in. See Your account.

No buttons means this platform has configured no providers — the rest of this page is the email-and-password route.

Sign up

Go to Create account (vi: Tạo tài khoản) at /register, or follow No account? from the sign-in screen.

Field	What it needs
Name	Your display name. Changeable later.
Email	A real address — the verification code goes there, and there is no way past that step.
Password	At least 8 characters.
Confirm password	The same thing again.

No card required.

Verifying your email — a gate, not a reminder

Press Create account and you land on Check your email (vi: Kiểm tra email của bạn); a six-digit code is sent to the address you typed. Enter it and press Verify and continue.

Until you do, the account does not work. Signing up grants you no session at all, and signing in with an unverified account is refused and sends you back to the code screen.

The reason: nobody should be able to register with somebody else's inbox — and the address your password recovery depends on must be one you can demonstrably open.

The code's numbers

The same on every deployment; nobody can loosen them for a particular store.

Send a new code (vi: Gửi lại mã mới) shows a countdown while the 60 seconds are still running, so you can see why it will not respond yet.

The code did not arrive

In the order worth trying:

1. Check the spam folder. This is the common one.
2. Check the address. The verification screen prints the exact address it sent to. If it is wrong, press Wrong address? → Start over (vi: Sai địa chỉ? → Bắt đầu lại) and register with the right one.
3. Wait out the 60 seconds and resend. The old code stops working the moment a new one is issued — use the one in the newest email.
4. If you have already asked for 5 codes within the hour, wait for the hour to pass. That limit exists so nobody can use the sign-up screen to flood a stranger's inbox.

If nothing arrives after all four, the problem is on the mail-sending side rather than with your account — talk to whoever operates the platform.

Sign in

/login, with your email and password — or one of the provider buttons above them.

Two refusals here are not a wrong password, and each gets its own answer, because one shared answer leaves the person with nothing to do about it:

• An unverified account is sent to the code screen.
• An account with no password — one created with Google or GitHub — is told so, and pointed at the buttons above. Calling it a wrong password would be a dead end: there is no password to get right. To have one, set it in Your account.

Forgotten password

From the sign-in screen, follow the reset link, or go straight to /forgot-password.

1. Enter your email → Send code.
2. The screen always answers "If that address has an account, a code is on its way." — even when the address has no account. Deliberately: any other answer would turn this page into a tool for finding out whether an address is registered.
3. Enter the six-digit code together with your new password at /reset-password.

Reset codes follow exactly the limits in the table above. And a code issued for one purpose is never accepted for another: a registration code cannot change a password, and a reset code cannot finish a registration — so an old code sitting in an inbox cannot be redirected at something you did not intend.

Once you are in
