Paying for your plan by bank transfer
Transfer the money to switch a plan on — the transfer memo is the only thing tying your money to your order, and the page switches itself on when the bank reports it.
Picking a plan does not charge a card. It issues you a payment code and waits for a bank transfer: open Manage → Plan (vi: Quản lý → Gói), choose the plan, and the transfer dialog appears.
Three things cost people money, so they go first:
- The transfer memo is the only thing tying your money to your order. Send the right amount with the wrong memo and the money still arrives — there is simply nothing saying which order it paid for, and it waits for a person.
- Scanning the QR fills the memo in for you. Typing it by hand is where this goes wrong. If you must type it, copy the whole string, spaces included.
- You do not need to reload. The moment the bank reports the money, the plan switches on in the window you already have open.
The transfer memo
It looks like this:
SEVQR SBUILDER7QM3KXB2J
Two parts, and telling them apart saves confusion when you read your bank statement later:
SEVQRmarks the QR code. Every transfer made this way carries it, and it says nothing about your order.SBUILDER7QM3KXB2Jis the payment code.SBUILDERis what tells you who this money went to when you look back at a statement; the tail is what identifies this particular order.
The code is not an order number you can make up. Its last character is a check character: mistype one character and the system refuses the string rather than accepting it as somebody else's order. That is deliberate — matching the wrong order is worse than matching none.
The letter O and the digit 0
A code never contains the letters O, I, L or U. If you see something that looks like an O it is a zero; something that looks like an I or an L is a one. The other way round is forgiving: type the letter O where the screen shows a zero and it is still understood — that is a spelling mistake, not a value one.
After you send it
When the bank reports the money the screen changes by itself. If your bank is slow, or you paid on your phone and came back to your computer afterwards, the page keeps asking every few seconds and asks again the moment you return to the tab — so "I paid and nothing happened" resolves itself without a refresh.
Closing the dialog does not lose the code. It stays on the Plan page as a reminder strip, and it survives a reload or a closed browser. Come back tomorrow and the same code is still there.
When the amount does not match
- Underpaid: the order stays open and the money waits for a person. Nothing is applied partially, because deciding that unattended is the easiest way to move money to the wrong side of a ledger.
- Overpaid: the order is paid — refusing somebody who paid too much is the worst of both answers — and the surplus still reaches a person.
Neither case refunds automatically. Contact support with the payment code; it is the fastest thing to look up.
This is not your store's payment gateway
This page is about you paying for your own plan. Your customers paying for their orders is a different thing, configured elsewhere — see Payment gateways. The two flows of money are unrelated, and their payment codes are different too.
